This old white pineau reveals an old gold colour with copper highlights. The nose is open, complex and evolved. It opens with notes of rancio, dried flowers and spicy hints. Aeration enhances notes spicy, candied fruits subtly wooded, associated with a pleasant freshness. the mouth is full, powerful and spicy. It opens with notes of walnuts, curry almost saffron, rancio, candied bitter orange that is complete with advanced woody touches giving it a rich and masculine look. The finish is long and fresh with a slight bitterness offering a powerful and deep aromatic persistence.
