Today, we create unique and atypical products. Our signature, the enhancement of our terroir and our grape varieties. The aromatic and olfactive qualities of each of our grape varieties are revealed through each Pineau and Cognac. We are aware that we have a unique grape variety in our hands, which we want to reveal its true value. Uniqueness and authenticity are the qualities of our Pineau and Cognac.
For several years now, we have been transforming our vineyards. The new plantations of our old and rare grape varieties as well as their development ensure the preservation of our history and our know-how while integrating this new ecological dynamic. Indeed the culture of the vine in an environmental respect is a major objective for us for the next years.
Our blending work and the diversity of our eaux de vie allow us to create “Cognacs” whose balance between history and modernity gives rise to intense tasting moments. Our wish is to create a sensation, a journey, a close link between our “Cognac” and the person who tastes it.
